this perfume feels cold & warm at the same time somehow. you get that little bit of freshness from the peppermint in the beginning, then the cocoa starts coming through & everything becomes softer. i kept smelling my sleeves the entire evening the first time i wore it 😭

ngl this is probably the most "december" perfume i own. if christmas morning had a scent, it'd be something close to this. hot chocolate, cozy sweaters, fairy lights & staying indoors when it's cold outside.

the first time i sprayed this i immediately thought of christmas 😭 not christmas trees specifically... more like walking into a cafe in december when everybody's ordering hot chocolate & peppermint drinks. it's cozy without being heavy.

i really appreciate that Muse Beauty didn't play it safe with this one. it would've been very easy to release another caramel vanilla marshmallow scent. instead they made something that actually feels different. not sure how but they perfectly encapsulated the essence of christmas in a bottle

peppermint cocoa cashmere was probably the last perfume from the discovery kit that i expected to like. i kept looking at the name & thinking "who wants to smell like peppermint???" 😭 BUT I LOVED ITTT the mint gives this cool airy feeling in the beginning but it never becomes chewing gum or toothpaste territory. after some time everything becomes smoother, creamier & really comforting.

for me this is one of those perfumes that doesn't reveal itself immediately. the first few minutes are nice, but the real reason i love it is what happens later. i remember spraying it before a long drive one evening & every time the AC hit me, i'd catch little whiffs of the scent

Peppermint cocoa cashmere: It smells like mint choco chip icecream but a lot more chocolatey lil spicy and warm. The mint is fresh and lingers till end to make the sweet and warm chocolate tantalizing. The dry down becomes softer creamier and cozier with vanilla marshmellow and cashmere accords.
